Although my approach is essentially person centred, I often draw from other approaches, depending on my clients' needs.
I work in a way to respectfully come alongside you in an accepting and non-judgmental manner, to really hear and understand what you are going through – it's not about me giving advice or a three-step plan to fix you.
Some clients come to therapy regularly to look at specific issues, whereas others prefer to come less frequently to use therapy as a reflective space to consider what’s going on for them in their lives.
We can discuss what is suitable for us and agree this together – and continue to review these timings throughout our counselling. I will be guided by you, at your pace - you are in control at all times.
I offer a free initial session to provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions and to see if we would feel comfortable working together.
Sessions are normally 50 minutes in duration and cost £60 per session.
It may be possible to offer a discounted rate for students and those on low income, so please do ask.
